| Shipping Details

1. Shipments will be scheduled on a first-paid-first-ship basis for orders on which BITMARS has received full payment.
2. For the pre-order, the specific delivery date of which is subject to the factory. If there is any update on the schedule, BITMARS would keep the buyer fully informed.

| Warranty

1. Kindly note that for new brand 100% miners,warranty is 12 months/6 months (up to different policy from factory ) since the production from factory.
2. Goldshell will cover shipping costs when shipping a replacement unit within the warranty period.
3. If the user fails to use the product per the given instructions, specifications, and conditions provided or changes the function settings of the unit without Goldshell ’s prior consent, Goldshell will not be liable for any damage arising therefrom.
